Fast weight loss programs have existed for decades! The main reason is that, well, pretty much everybody who is overweight want to get rid of the excess fat quickly. But do they work? Are all these claims you hear from different methods false?
I know for a fact that losing weight quickly is possible, BUT only if you stick to the program. Keep in mind that I’m not talking here about weight loss pills, creams and products, but rather on whole programs that integrate diet with physical activities.
Sticking to the program can prove to be from hard to impossible to many people. Most of the times – if not all the time- in order quickly lose weight, you will be required to completely change your lifestyle without any gradual process. So, if you eat eggs and bacon for breakfast, you’ll have to turn 180 degrees and stick to what the program says.
A question you would be good to ask before entering a fast weight loss program is “Is it healthy to enter it”? There are weight loss programs that do work, but are not recommended for all people, for example some people suffering from hypertension, low blood pressure or diabetes are warned. I’d recommend talking to your doctor before entering any program and go under a full medical exam.
So, the question here seems to be: Are you mentally prepared to change your diet and fitness life to lose all the fat fast? Don’t worry if you answer this question with a “no”; I would say that if all people answered honestly, more than 90% of answers would be a “no”. That is why in most cases a gradual change in lifestyle seems to work better.
