Weight Loss Blitzkrieg! Look at the Moth!

Scientist studies of the life and life cycles of the insect named the moth are amazing. The life cycle is interesting indeed. The moth larvae body grows into a caterpillar like body. The time for change has arrived.

The caterpillar spins his cocoon around him and seals himself inside. The formed cocoon contains a tightly-wound inner cocoon. These amazing cocoons structures are able to protect their inhabitants in temperatures as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit. While in the cocoon their body changes into a moth flying insect.

That is very interesting but what does that have to do with weight loss?

Let us continue observing. The moth, upon reaching maturity within the cocoon, develops a small hole in the bottom of the cocoon. Through this small hole the moth must squeeze out of his cocoon chamber to enter the world of flying.

The squeeze out process is vigorous with the moth pushing, pulling etc. This process takes a considerable amount of time and effort to finally egress from the cocoon habitat. The effort, however, is worth the struggle because now the moth is capable of flying.

How did that happen?

While in the struggle to squeeze out of the cocoon some body fluid was forced into the wings. The wings being filled with this special fluid soon become rigid and ready for flight.

If the moth did not have to squeeze out his wings would not be capable of flight. So the upshot is the tremendous effort needed to fly.

Weight loss can be compared with the enormous effort put forth by the moth struggling out of his cocoon. Look at the benefits of that struggle.

There are many struggles that weight loss persons go through in their efforts to lose weight. Weight loss success is 90% mental and emotional.

Some have come to like their over weight condition they have become comfortable. Some ignore the enormous health risks that come about with their over weight [over fat] conditions. Some have given up in their quest of needed weight loss.

Just think there are all kinds of weight loss pills, exercises, methods, and suggestions.etc available today. However we still have a bumper crop of over weight [over fat] people in all societies.

What exactly is the problem?

A fast food executive for a famous fast food chain was recently questioned.

Why do you not remove the excess fat and salt from your fast foods?

He answered with a truism.

If we removed the fat and salt from our foods we would be out of business.

So it goes. Fast foods and processed foods are easy to eat and prepare. In addition they taste good to the palate. As a result we devour these foods every day.

Are they good for you? NO!

Are they tasty? YES!

Are they good for you? NO!

I saw a lady in a McDonalds one day. She was obviously over weight to the point of obese. She ordered 2 big Mac?s, large fries, 2 apple pies, and because she was on a diet she ordered a large DIET coke cola. Then she sat down and ate it all by herself. She told the attendant that she is on a diet that is why she wanted a DIET drink.

That kind of person is in a rut. She will need to alter her attitude if she really wanted to lose weight. She is heading for major health problems. However she will tell you the food at McDonald’s is delicious. And she is right about taste. What about her body and health that she is ignoring?


Like the moth an over weight person will need to squeeze out of their mental cocoon. That means putting forth the large efforts necessary to loose weight.

If we do not carefully listen to our body and do something about our condition we will not benefit ourselves. Bear in mind being over weight (over fat) is a health hazard for your body.

You can defeat your overweight circumstance and it first starts with your positive attitude. Even those that have previously tried and failed can be victorious.

These folks with failed diets and the so called yo-yo diets can be triumphant. It starts with the mentality of positive thinking. Take charge do it now! No one can do it for you! Only you can do it for you!

It is generally taught that there is little or no connection between our thoughts and our physical bodies. That is not true. This new publication connects the dots for weight loss victory.
