Many people skip a meal when they start dieting, that is number one mistake among dieters. You think you are maximizing your chancing of losing weight but you actually doing the opposite. The key is to eat healthy foods and limiting the amount of fatty foods you consume. Eat well balanced meals which consist of vegetables, fruit, and proteins such as meat, fish, seafood and nuts.
